Cancellation Policy
At Blue Crush Dolphin Tours, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: -Customers may cancel their reservation with 24 hours or more notice prior to the scheduled tour time and receive a full refund. -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable. -If a customer is running late, they must communicate any delays promptly by phone or text as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate delays, when possible, but tour departure times may still need to remain on schedule. -No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time without communication will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable. -If a tour is canceled by Blue Crush Dolphin Tours due to weather conditions, unsafe water conditions, or mechanical issues, customers will have the option to: Receive a full refund or reschedule their tour for another available date and time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing a safe and unforgettable experience on the water.
